Who we are
This website is operated by The Capital Investment, the trade name of Sagar Mathukiya, an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN: 129145), based in Surat, Gujarat, India. References to “we”, “us” and “our” are to that business.
What this website is for
This website provides general information about mutual fund investing, illustration calculators, and a means of contacting us. It does not provide investment advice, and no content on it should be read as a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or scheme. Our regulatory position and the risk disclosures that apply are set out in full on the disclaimer page.
Permitted use
- You may read, print and share pages of this website for your own personal, non-commercial use.
- You may use the calculators for your own planning, and save or print the PDFs they generate.
- You may link to any page on this website.
What you may not do
- Copy, republish or redistribute the content of this website commercially, or present it as your own.
- Use automated tools to scrape, mirror or bulk-download the website.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems.

Accuracy of information you give us
Where you submit information through the enquiry form or a calculator, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. Illustrations are only as meaningful as the figures entered into them.
Calculators
The calculators are illustration tools that apply compound-interest arithmetic to the assumptions you enter. They do not account for exit load, expense ratio, taxes or transaction charges, and they do not predict the performance of any scheme. Decisions taken on the basis of a calculator output are your own. The full limitations are listed on the disclaimer page.
Webinars
To register for or join a webinar we ask for your name and mobile number. Your number is used only to record attendance and share session material. It is not shared with anyone else.
Webinars are investor education only. Nothing said in a session is a recommendation to buy or sell any scheme, and no return is promised or implied. Questions you send during a session may be read out without your mobile number.
How we contact you after you register
When you register, you agree that we may contact you on the mobile number you give, mainly by WhatsApp. We send a confirmation after you register, a reminder before the session starts, the joining link, and a thank-you message with the session material afterwards.
Each registration is for one session. We contact you only about the session you registered for.
We may also call you about a session you registered for. We do not send promotional offers for any scheme, and we do not share your number with anyone else. To stop these messages, reply STOP on WhatsApp or tell us through the Contact page, and we will remove your number.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, design and structure of this website belong to The Capital Investment unless stated otherwise. Scheme names, fund house names and their marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Third-party links
Where we link to an external website, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and accept no responsibility for their content, accuracy or availability.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, information on this website, including any investment loss, loss of profit, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Availability
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this website, including any calculator, at any time and without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from use of this website.

We may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
